Planning Consent has been granted for 10 NET ZERO industrial business units at Bridgwater Gateway.

This fantastic design is a result of a lot of research and innovation and I would like to give thanks to Rich Tyres Studios, Ravenslade, Airey & Coles & Colliers for their hard work in helping this design come forward.

The EPC A+ "Scandi style" design has resulted in a reduction of embedded carbon in the construction of at least 75%+ against a standard unit. The units can be 100% operated off-grid in terms of energy thanks to a large solar array and battery, whilst still incorporating dedicated EV charging for each unit.
